Education and Training

Earned his medical degree from the prestigious Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.

Advanced his skills with a one-year sports medicine fellowship at The Rothman Institute of Thomas Jefferson University, focusing on knee and shoulder arthroscopy.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Nora proudly serves as a bridge for diverse patients and families, making everyone feel welcomed and understood from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside the office, Nora’s heart belongs to her family. Happily married and a proud mom to three wonderful children, she’s often on the go—whether planning their next adventure, cheering at a game, or walking the family’s beloved black lab. A true lover of travel, Nora cherishes creating lasting memories with her loved ones, near and far.

Kristen Hutton is a Massachusetts native and a cornerstone of Reiter Ortho, where she has been a driving force since co-founding the practice in 2020. With two decades of experience spanning the medical and legal industries, Kristen brings unmatched insight, precision, and partnership to every aspect of the operation. She knows the intricacies of patient care and practice management like few others—because she helped build this one from the ground up.

At home, Kristen is a devoted mom to her spirited four-year-old daughter, Palmer, and proud dog mom to Indie and Bodhi, the dynamic duo that keeps the household lively and full of love. A true New Englander at heart, she carries that same warmth, grit, and community spirit into everything she does.
